Terms and conditions and useful information for booking holidays at the Porthloo House Apartments can be found below. Please ensure you read them carefully.
Cancellations/Insurance

We advise guests to take out appropriate travel insurance.
​
Once a booking is confirmed, i.e. the deposit has been paid and the booking accepted, the hirer is responsible for the total cost of the holiday as shown on the invoice. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance with your insurance broker. In the event of severe weather, transportation to the Isles of Scilly may be disrupted and you could be unable to travel to us. If this happens and you wish to discuss rescheduling please contact us.
A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable immediately.

Breakages
Any damage or breakages which may occur must be paid for and are the responsibility of the person who made the booking. Accidental damages or breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged.

Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the apartments with the exception of 'Coasters' which is dog friendly and has a private garden. Dogs must never be left unaccompanied inside the property or garden. Throws, bowls and a bed are available on request.

Arrival and Departure
Check in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure.
Guests are asked to leave their accommodation clean and tidy when vacating and to be considerate to other residents, not causing nuisance or annoyance. The owner reserves the right to gain access with prior notice for the purpose of maintenance and inspection if it is necessary.
WIFI
Free WIFI is available in all of the apartments. Should it become apparent that this is being used unlawfully, we are obligated to report this to the appropriate authorities.

We endeavour to make these facilities available to all guests but there may be essential maintenance or health and safety reasons that mean they're not available.
Non-Smoking Policy

ALL APARTMENTS, GARDENS AND BALCONIES ARE NON SMOKING. VAPES AND E-CIGARETTES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
